How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery times are counted from the day your order leaves our warehouse, not from the order date.
• USA (domestic addresses): approximately 12–18 business days
• International destinations: approximately 18–22 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your parcel in real time. International Orders – Customs & Duties
For shipments outside the USA, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient – we have no control over them and cannot predict the exact amount. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control.

Double‑Check Your Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address (including street number, city, postal code, and phone number). If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm a new address. A reshipping fee may apply, which will be your responsibility. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address – please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged, Lost, or Stuck Packages
• Upon delivery, inspect the outer packaging. If you notice significant damage, you may refuse acceptance or take clear photos. Report any damage to us within 7 days, including your order number and photos – we will assist with the carrier claim process.
• If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please email us. We will investigate with the carrier.
• For confirmed lost shipments, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
